范建华，男，汉族，1962年10月出生，中共党员，大学学历。1984年参加工作，历任国家物资局综合管理司科员，国家物资部体法司、办公厅副处长，中国有色金属材料总公司综合部主任、总经理助理、副总经理、总经理，中国诚通金属集团公司副总经理，中国财富出版社副社长，中国市场杂志社社长兼总编、党支部书记。2021年12月起担任中国农业机械流通协会会长，并在2024年7月的换届选举中全票当选连任第八届理事会会长，同时担任协会党支部书记。

Fan Jianhua, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1962, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a university degree and began working in 1984. His career includes positions as a clerk in the Comprehensive Management Department of the National Bureau of Materials; Deputy Division Chief in the System Reform Department and General Office of the Ministry of Materials; Director of the Comprehensive Department, Assistant to General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager of China Nonferrous Metals Materials Corporation; Deputy General Manager of China Chengtong Metal Group; Deputy Director of China Fortune Press; and President, Editor-in-Chief, and Party Branch Secretary of China Market Magazine. In December 2021, he assumed the role of President of the China Agricultural Machinery Distribution Association. In July 2024, he was unanimously re-elected as President of the Eighth Council and serves as the Party Branch Secretary of the association.
