付强，男，1973年6月生。二级教授、博士生导师。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，国家级重大人才工程入选者，国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才。黑龙江省杰出青年基金获得者，龙江学者特聘教授，黑龙江省五一劳动奖章获得者。现任东北农业大学党委书记、校长。曾任东北农业大学党委常委、副校长、水利与土木工程学院院长。兼任国务院学科评议组成员、中国农业工程学会副理事长、黑龙江省级重点学科农业水土工程学科领军人才梯队带头人等。主要从事寒区农业水土资源高效利用方面的研究。主持国家“十三五”重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等科|

Brief introduction

Fu Qiang, male, born in June 1973. He is a Tier 2 Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He is arecipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, selected for the National Major Talent Program, and receives the State Council Special Allowance. He was selected for the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talents Support Plan and the Ministry of Science and Technology's Mid-aged and Young Scientific and Technological Innovation Leaders. He is a recipient of the Heilongjiang Provincial Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, a Longjiang Scholar Specially Appointed Professor, and winner of the Heilongjiang Provincial May 1st Labor Medal. He is currently the Party Committee Secretary and President of Northeast Agricultural University. He previously served as Standing Committee Member and Vice President of NEAU, and Dean of the School of Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering. He also serves as a member of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee Disciplinary Appraisal Group, Vice President of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering, and leader of the leading talent echelon for the provincial key discipline of Agricultural Water and Soil Engineering in Heilongjiang. His research focuses on the efficient utilization of agricultural water and soil resources in cold regions. He has presided over more than 30 research projects, including the National Key R&D Program of the 13th Five-Year Plan and projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of  China. He has published over 300 SCI/EI papers and 16 academic monographs. He has won 2 First Prizes and 7 Second Prizes of the Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Award, among other awards. He has supervised 91 master's students and 20 doctoral students.
