康绍忠，男，1962年11月出生，农业水土工程专家，中国工程院院士。现任中国农业大学教授、中国农业水问题研究中心主任。长期致力于农业节水与水资源领域的教学与科研工作，在作物需水规律、节水调质灌溉、旱区水资源高效利用等方面取得了系统性创新成果。曾获国家科技进步一等奖、二等奖等多项重大奖励。

Brief introduction

Kang Shaozhong, male, born in November 1962, is an expert in agricultural water and soil engineering and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE). He is currently a professor at China Agricultural University and the director of the Center for Agricultural Water Research. He has long been dedicated to teaching and research in agricultural water-saving and water resources, achieving systematic innovative results in areas such as crop water requirements, water-saving and quality-regulating irrigation, and efficient water resource  utilization in arid regions. He has received numerous major awards, including the National Science and Technology Progress Award (First Class and Second Class).
