李伟国，男，汉族，中共党员。曾任农业农村部农业机械化管理司司长，长期从事农业机械化管理工作，对 我国农业机械化的发展战略、政策制定和行业管理具有丰富的经验和深厚的见解。在其任内，推动了多项重大农机化政策与项目的实施。退休后，凭借其深厚的行业背景和领导力，当选为中国农业机械化协会会长，致力于发挥协会的桥梁和纽带作用，推动农机装备产业高质量发展，促进农业机械化转型升级。

Liu Hengxin, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, senior engineer. He formerly served as the Deputy Director-General of the Agricultural Mechanization Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. He has long been engaged in agricultural mechanization technology extension, scientific research, and project management. He participated in the formulation of national agricultural mechanization development policies and plans, and has extensive practical and management experience in the implementation of subsidy policies for the purchase of agricultural machinery, as well as scientific and technological innovation in agricultural mechanization. After assuming the role of Vice President of CAAMM, he has actively participated in the association's development and plays a significant role in promoting the dissemination of agricultural mechanization technology, industry exchange, and cooperation.
