刘恒新，男，汉族，中共党员，高级工程师。曾任农业农村部农业机械化管理司副司长。长期从事农业机械化技术推广、科研和项目管理工作，参与制定国家农业机械化发展政策与规划，在农机购置补贴政策实施、农机化科技创新等方面具有丰富的实践经验和管理经验。担任中国农业机械化协会副会长后，积极参与协会建设，在推动农机化技术普及、行业交流与合作方面发挥着重要作用。

 Li Weiguo, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China. He formerly served as the Director-General of the Agricultural Mechanization Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. He has long been engaged in agricultural mechanization management and possesses extensive experience and profound insights into the development strategy, policy formulation, and industry management of agricultural mechanization in China. During his tenure, he promoted the implementation of several major agricultural mechanization policies and projects. After retirement, leveraging his extensive industry background and leadership, he was elected President of the Chinese Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers (CAAMM). He is committed to enhancing the association's role as a bridge and link, promoting the high-quality development of the agricultural machinery equipment industry, and facilitating the transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization.
