罗锡文，男，1945年12月出生，农业机械化工程专家，中国工程院院士。现任华南农业大学教授、博士生导师。长期从事农业工程教学、科研和工程实践，主要研究方向包括水稻生产机械化和农业机械与装备机电一体化。在同步开沟起垄施肥水稻精量穴播、航空喷雾技术和智能农业装备等领域取得了重大突破，曾获国家技术发明二等奖、国家科技进步奖等多项奖励。

Luo Xiwen, male, born in December 1945, is an expert in agricultural mechanization engineering and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE). He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at South China Agricultural University. He has long been engaged in teaching,research, and engineering practice of agricultural engineering. His main research directions include rice production mechanization and the mechatronics of agricultural machinery and equipment. He has made significant breakthroughs in areas such as synchronous ditch-furrowing and ridge-building fertilizing precision hill-drop drilling for rice, aerial spraying technology, and intelligent agricultural equipment. He has received numerous awards, including the National Technology Invention Award (Second Class) and the National Science and Technology Progress Award.|
